- World Vision came to us looking to enhance an outdated but critical MS Access database system that had far outgrown its original design. After working with them to analyze their data and identify the current systems shortcomings it quickly became clear a major upgrade was needed. To replace their Access system We built and implemented a new enterprise level solution utilizing MS SQL, ASP.net and Reporting Services. The new web based system has delivered with significant improvements in security, stability, performanace and usability.

- Fantastic Scents - Closing in on the launch of their new product line Fantastic Scents needed assistance visually defining their brand. Big Step worked with them to develop a corporate identity, delivering a new logo, packaging designs for their product line, as well as 3d product prototypes. Keep an eye out for these designs, slated to be on store shelves early next year.

- Synthesis by Jeffrey Bland - Synthesis wanted to sell products online but they needed some help getting things started. We worked with them to identify their needs and the result was a brand new quick access cms site integrated with a custom built ecommerce solution. Along with being able to purchase traditional products such as Tapes and CD's users can also purchase subscriptions to Synthesis' monthly audio publication and retrieve their files each month from the Synthesis site in mp3 format. As with all our solutions, we designed an easy to use administrative area so Synthesis can continue to update the site, process orders, and add new products as their online presence grows.

- The Institute For Functional Medicine - IFM came to us needing a solution to a critical problem. They needed to migrate to a new Microsoft CRM system, but could not afford to loose the years of data they had in their existing CRM software. We worked with them to identify the data that was essential to their organization, and then wrote the necesary scripts to migrate that information from their existing software to the new CRM system. Start to finish we were able to complete this project in under 72 hours with absolutely no down time for their organization.
